Transfeero Specifics
How BotLimo works with Transfeero
Every platform has its own way of publishing and accepting offers. The bot speaks Transfeero's language natively and feeds the results into the same filters, scenarios and schedule.
Released in tiers, accepted in 0.1 s
Transfeero sends each transfer to partner tiers in stages: the next tier sees a regular ride 28 minutes later, a last-minute ride 3 minutes later. The bot accepts in 0.1 seconds after a ride opens to your tier.
Accepts with the right vehicle
On Transfeero a ride is accepted by a specific vehicle. You map each class to a car per driver, and the bot assigns it automatically. No vehicle for the class means the offer is skipped, never half-accepted.
Fixed price, real currency
The marketplace is not a bidding war: every ride comes with a fixed price that nobody, including the bot, can change. The bot normalises price, price per km and currency before your filters see them, so a minimum price rule means what you think it means.
Time zones and one schedule
Pickup times arrive with their local time zone and are placed correctly in the shared schedule next to Blacklane rides. Completed and cancelled Transfeero rides are imported into statistics, so revenue and driver reports cover both platforms.
Your Account Stays Yours
Connecting your account is the only step that matters. Here is exactly how it works.
The bot needs your platform account to see offers and accept them on your behalf. There is no way around that, so we made the connection as safe and as reversible as we could.
You connect it yourself
The account is connected in your own bot interface. We never ask for a password in a chat, an email or a call.
Encrypted, masked, never shown
Your email is stored masked and your password encrypted. Nobody, including us, sees the plain credentials after you enter them.
Two people have access
You and your manager. Each client gets a separate bot with strictly limited access. No shared dashboards, no shared servers between clients.
A limited account is enough
You can connect an account without rights to manage the whole company. Many clients start that way and switch to the main account later.

Partner Tiers
Who sees a Transfeero ride, and when
Transfeero releases each ride to partner tiers in stages. Your tier depends on your T-score, the rides you completed and the rides you refused in the last 30 days. The bot accepts in 0.1 seconds after a ride reaches your tier, so the head start over the next tier is yours, every time.

Transfeero Vehicle Classes
7 classes, filtered and routed per driver
Native Transfeero classes are mapped to the same families the Blacklane filters use, while the original class name stays on every ride so First Class and First Class Van can still be told apart in scenarios. Every class can be allowed or blocked per driver schedule, used in scenario conditions and routed to the right driver.

Transfeero accepts a booking with a specific vehicle. You map each class to a car per driver once. The bot assigns it automatically and skips any class that has no car, so nothing is ever half-accepted. A transfer is taken only when that vehicle and its driver are free in the shared schedule.
