This Privacy Policy explains what data BotLimo ("we", "us") collects when you use the website https://botlimo.com and the BotLimo ride automation service (the "Service"), why we collect it, how we protect it and what choices you have. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

Contact and account data. Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city and any details you send us through the contact form, the registration form, WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

Platform credentials. To operate the Service, your bot instance needs the login of your Blacklane or Transfeero account. You enter these credentials yourself in the bot interface. The email is stored in masked form and the password in encrypted form. They are used only to connect your bot to the platform and are never displayed back in plain text, shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Ride and configuration data. Offers seen by your account, decisions made by the bot, accepted and planned rides, drivers and vehicles you add, filters, scenarios, schedules and statistics. This is the data the Service exists to process.

Telegram data. Your Telegram user ID and username, so that your personal Telegram bot can talk to you.

Technical data. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and analytics collected through Google Analytics on the public website.

2. Why we use it

  • To provide, operate and support the Service, including accepting rides on your platform account according to your rules.
  • To contact you about your trial, your bot, payments and support requests.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand how the public website is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we protect it

  • Each client has a separate bot instance. Access is limited to the client and the BotLimo manager assigned to them.
  • Platform credentials are stored masked (email) and encrypted (password) and are never sent to anyone outside the Service.
  • Bot instances run on servers selected for the client's region; data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
  • Access to infrastructure is restricted to people who need it to operate the Service.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you without undue delay.

4. Who else sees your data

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service: hosting providers, Telegram (for bot messaging), payment providers (Stripe, banks) for processing fees, and Google Analytics on the public website. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Your platform account activity is, by its nature, visible to the platform itself (Blacklane or Transfeero) under that platform's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

5. How long we keep it

Contact and account data is kept for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer questions and meet legal obligations. Platform credentials are removed when your bot is disconnected. Ride statistics are kept for as long as your bot instance exists, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can disconnect your platform account at any time by messaging your manager; the connection is removed the same day.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you.
  • You can object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • You can opt out of website analytics with standard browser tools or Google's opt-out add-on.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@botlimo.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The public website uses a session cookie for logged-in users and Google Analytics cookies for aggregated usage statistics. The bot admin uses cookies strictly necessary for login.

8. Children

The Service is intended for professional chauffeurs and businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced on the website or through your bot.
